For more than 12 years we have established ourselves as an area anchor known for our high retention of therapists, and thereby a very loyal and reliable clientele. The Retreat offers an integrative approach to wellness through a wide variety of massage modalities and a full range of esthetic services.

We are looking for a talented, dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist. Our ideal candidate is a true professional in the field, focused on building lasting client relationships. The right candidates will add to our fully booked schedule, creating opportunity for clients on our waitlist to join us sooner, and giving you the potential to build a client base quickly.

We are currently seeking outstanding Massage Therapists who are highly motivated, professional, passionate about their work, punctual, and team players. The majority of the hours will be for afternoon-evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements:

Must hold current NC License and Insurance (Will interview those awaiting licensure)
Up to date with CE hours
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Time management abilities
Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Warm Stone, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral and Manual Lymphatic Drainage a plus.
Must be Available to work evening and weekends
